All orders are shipped from Germany.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Big or fragile sculptures with a higher risk to get damaged during shipping

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for all postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Minors need approval  from parents or adults in order to make online purchases.

The buyer has to make a first payment for a custom-made creation. There is a deposit listing in the shop section. This first payment CANNOT be refunded after I have started working on the order. The first payment cannot be refunded even If the buyer decides not to purchase the finished creation.

Shipping depends on the country you live in. The exact price will be visible when you have all your items in the cart.  

• For Germany it's  6.45€ (HERMES) and 7.50€ (DHL) with tracking and liability up to 500€. 

STANDARD shipping for EU, and all other countries is 11.50€ with tracking, and 20€ liability. 

For liability up to 500€ there's PREMIUM   shipping: 

• EU 18€
• FINLAND+SWEDEN 22€
• US 36.50€
• AUSTRALIA 46.00€

Shipping for WeeWheekys: 

• For Germany it’s 4.20€ with tracking. 
• For EU and the rest of the world it’s 6.30€ (NO tracking and NO liability for lost or damaged packages). 
• International tracked shipping 8.50€ with liability up to 20€.

All orders are usually shipped within two weeks, but exceptions are possible especially with unexpected events happening around the world.

I pack everything securely with extra cardboard for extra strength. Shipping is usually very safe. However I don't take responsibility for lost packages, or damages caused by the postal service. It is very important that you give me the correct address to avoid any additional costs caused by a wrong shipping address. You will have to defray costs in that case.
